If you a new client or are receiving a waxing, massage or facial service for the first time, you will need to fill out a form prior to receiving your service. For your convenience, if you would like to print the form on your home printer, fill it out and bring it with you to your service, the forms are downloadable below. As a Barber & Spa guest you are expected to:
Arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment to fill out necessary paperwork
and to change into your spa attire. A robe, spa pants and slippers will be
provided for you when you arrive. Your clothes and possessions will be placed in
a locker for the duration of your services at Dolce Barber & Spa.
Undress to your comfort level for body treatments (such as wraps and massages).
Your therapist will keep your body draped with warm sheets during the service
and only expose the areas being worked on. With services such as wraps, you will be draped with a small towel in order to reap maximum benefits. Underwear or swimsuits may be worn if that is your comfort level.
If you are receiving a body wrap, do not shave or wax your body
48 hours prior to treatment.
If you are receiving a facial, please shave 2 hours prior to
your appointment.
Give feedback as to your comfort and special trouble areas. We are here to make
this the most relaxing and beneficial service for you, so please, tell us what your needs are. If you would like to enjoy the service in silence, that is your choice as well.
Know that you are in a professional spa therapy operation and
do not expect anything other than therapeutic or spa services.
Relax, yet respect that the room must be prepared and used for the next client,
and know that you must leave the room upon completion of
service within a reasonable amount of time.
Showers are available for your convenience before and/or after your service.
Please inform a Client Coordinator when scheduling your
appointment if you would like time to shower.
Give honest feedback to the therapist, owner or Client Coordinator.
We want to know if your spa experience was as you expected.
The Barber & Spa is not appropriate for children under 12.
Children must be receiving services and accompanied by a parent if present.
Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients. Unless noted,
gift certificates for services and/or packages do not include gratuities.
As in all service related businesses, it is common practice to tip the person who has done a good job to the satisfaction of the customer. The standard is 20% or greater than the cost of the service. You may give any amount of gratuity at the front desk in cash or a credit card. You do not have to carry money around with you while enjoying the Barber & Spa facilities.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all services within the two weeks following the day they were performed. A redo appointment may be available within the first week of receiving the initial service, in conjunction with the use of recommended home products. Corrective color can require more than one service to achieve desired results. Professionals will determine all guarantees. Because of the nature of home coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services a client
has had previously performed outside of our Barber & Spa.
Child care
Dolce Barber & Spa is not appropriate for children under the age of 12.
Children must be receiving services and accompanied by a parent if present.
Cancellation Policy
We require a credit card number to hold all appointments. In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment with us we do require at least 24 hours notice. In the case of a same day cancellation or if you were to not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a fee. Monday through Thursday you will be charged 50% of your total service and Friday through Sunday, 100% of the total service. This is as a courtesy to the staff member, and so we may possibly accommodate the needs of other clients. However, we understand that emergency situations do arise and we will accommodate you in any way we can.

Product Returns
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our skin and hair products.
If you decide that the product you purchased is not the right product for you,
and provided that 1/2 the original amount of the product is unused,
we will gladly take it back and exchange it for another product within
14 days of the original purchase. No cash or credit card refunds, exchanges only. Boutique items are nonrefundable.

Continued results are achievable through the daily use of professional
products at home. Your professional will recommend a home care regimen
